Position: Building Department Manager
Job Description:
- Plans, organizes and controls actively all processes in the department;
- Responsible for the projects realization;
- Responsible for the executing of building sites, and the repair of existing ones;
- Responsible for effectiveness including quality and prime cost;
- Have knowledge of the legal matters in building , responsible for following the safety instructions and legal actions;
- Observe the effective usage of mechanical units.
The perfect candidate has:
- University degree in Industrial and Civil Engineering;
- Managing skills and knowledge;
- Organizing and planning projects experience – minimum 3 years;
- Responsible and flexible person
