Because of the expansion of the scope of activities in 2006 the need for a new organization and restructuring of Elina Jsc was felt and therefore a new company was formed under the name Elina A D EOOD to further develop the large-scale construction works started through the management of construction/investment projects, sale and property management. The principle that has been followed is that by applying good designs and quality construction to create conditions for work, living and rest different from those offered by the mass construction market. In 2006 the Caesar Palace residential complex with 61 apartments was built in Sveti Vlas at the Black Sea side. This is a principally new type of residential construction for Bulgaria of closed type, employment of security guards, check points at access and management of property. Elina Jsc is involved not only in the construction process, but it also started offering complete maintenance and management of buildings (residential complexes and hotels). The same principle has been employed in the development of the Lina Palace and Rodopea residential complexes in Pamporovo resort complex. Mrs. Galina Neftyanova is the company executive director.
