Elina Jsc is a company specialized in the field of the tourist services as from year 2000. The company is successful in the international and Bulgarian tourist markets for 7 years now.
As from 3 years Elina Jsc is in the business of investment, construction and management of high-category apart complexes all over Bulgaria.
The company provides construction from clear site on turn-key base, inclusive of steel and roof structures, water supply and sewerage, electric systems, heating, ventilation and air conditioning installations, plastering, wall and ceiling fine gypsum finishing, painting works, faience, terra-cotta, aluminium joinery, etc. Elina Jsc has built and owns the following complexes
1) 4-star Caesar Palace Apart Hotel,near the Elenite Place and near the Sunny Beach, built right at the seacoast.
2) 4-star Elina Palace Apart Hotel,Pamporovo resort, located in the Malina Place, just next to the 2nd lift station.
3) 3-star Elina, Pamporovo resort, The hotel is located at about 300 m from the bus station in the direction of the city of Smolyan.
4) At the beginning of August 2007 the construction of a new four-star Rodopea Apart Hotel was started in the Pamporovo resort near the Studenets ski station on the one side and the Pamporovo-Smolyan high road on the other side.

Alina Jsc has future investment plans in the field of construction of apart complexes and tourism and intends to build another several apart hotels on its own land in the Bulgarian sea and winter resorts by the end of 2010. Alina Jsc has another 8 land plots which are steel clear from buildings, located at an exceptionally attractive places in Pamporovo and at the Southern Black Sea side.
